Yes, on paid plans you can import RIS (.ris), BibTeX (.bib), NBIB (.nbib), and XML reference files. PDF imports extract DOIs from the document and look up the full metadata automatically.

Paid subscribers can export their lists as plain text, DOCX (Word-compatible), or BibTeX. Free users can copy individual citations to the clipboard.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days.

If your subscription expires, your saved lists enter a 48-hour grace period. If you re-subscribe within that window, your lists are fully restored. After 48 hours, saved lists are permanently deleted. We recommend exporting before your subscription ends.

Citation data you enter is only stored if you are signed in and choose to save it to a list. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
